In an effort to bring sustainable and low-cost outdoor lighting to a remote rural residential area, BOSUN®'s engineering team was tasked with designing and implementing a solar energy street light system with poles. The goal was to provide reliable, energy-efficient illumination at nighttime that enhances road safety, supports community activities, and reduces dependence on traditional electricity grids. After deep consideration, the CH series solar street lights with poles have been chosen for their cost-effective and high-brightness features.
In a remote village in the Philippines, nighttime darkness posed a significant challenge for residents. Limited outdoor street lighting led to safety concerns for pedestrians and vehicles, particularly on winding roads and key community pathways. This issue has caught the attention of the relevant authorities. To address this, the BOSUN® team implemented a customized solar street lighting solution using the outdoor playgrounds' self-cleaning LED street solar light BS-AlO-TL series, designed to withstand the region's situation and environmental conditions.
The goal of this project was to provide reliable and environmentally friendly commercial pathway lighting for residential areas, and we're thrilled with the results! The area had limited outdoor pathway lights, so the community was eager to find a solution that was sustainable, easy to install, and energy efficient. The project kicked off with a meeting with the homeowners' association to discuss their specific requirements. They wanted the pathways to be illuminated for safety, and they wanted to do so without relying on the grid.
