May I know whether your system is provided for free?

Yes, BOSUN^® will provide the system for customers for free.

Can I use our devices, and use your system?

Yes, no problem. You can provide the specifications of your devices, we will check and make them match our system.

How do you ship them?

BOSUN^® will send poles with devices separately, after assembling and connecting the cables, BOSUN^® team will provide instructions and help.

Are all devices necessary?

No, it depends on your installation application to choose related devices.

Could you provide more introduction for emergency calls?

Need a visualization console, one-button alarm, and support-active broadcast from the monitoring center to the pole-contacting monitoring center from the pole site.

What is the pole height? 

The pole height depends on your need for equipment, it is changeable and customized.

Can we use our equipment? 

BOSUN^® can provide the equipment, or specify the brand of the equipment, and you can buy it locally.

How long is the warranty for your product? 

The warranty of smart pole products depends on different devices.

Which place can the smart pole be installed?

BOSUN^®  Lighting has done different kinds of smart poles for government projects for many different countries in Asia, Africa, Europe, America, and more. Including projects for scenic areas, main roads, provincial roads, park roads, villages, parking lots, and so on.

May I know whether your system is provided for free?

Yes, BOSUN^® will provide the system for customers for free.

What is the difference between a concentrator and a gateway?

The concentrator is installed in the feeder pillar. It includes a gateway, circuit control, and smart meter,3 functions in one concentrator. A gateway is installed on the pole, just a communication bridge between the server and end devices.

How many lamps can be controlled by one concentrator?

It depends on the cabinet, we need to install a concentrator in each cabinet. (Limited by circuit design, normally around 100 lamps per cabinet)

What is the maximum load for one concentrator and lamp controller?

Power load does not go through the concentrator, circuit load is not limited by the concentrator Lamp controller built-in 16a Relay, max power load 400w.

What kind of engineering support can I expect during my project's implementation?

Will this affect the solar-powered streetlights if it rains a lot in our city?

Do your solar street lights need manual controls?

No, it is equipped with IR motion sensors and will automatically turn on and adjust the brightness when there's movement around.

I heard your LED lights are equipped with Philips light chips, Is that right?

Yes indeed! BOSUN® LED lights use Philips drivers and chips. They’re known for high performance and long life-span, which is exactly what BOSUN® Lighting street lights offer.

I need lights for a walkway. Which BOSUN® lens type should I use?

For walkways, and narrow lighting areas, Type I should be perfect. But if the area’s wider, Type II works great too!

If I need lights for a large parking lot, what type of lens do you recommend?

First recommended the Type V. These lights give off uniform light, so the entire space is well-lit.
