Design Difficulties and How We Solved Them with Professionalism

At the beginning of the project, the project manager showcased a draft design picture to us. The client requested that the light head of the smart light pole resemble a blooming floral arrangement, with lighting sources embedded in each floral element. This unique artistic requirement presented several design challenges:
  • Structural Complexity: The floral-inspired design required customized light pole structures that were both aesthetically pleasing and structurally sound. 
  • Heat Dissipation & Power Supply: With multiple lighting sources in each floral component, managing heat dissipation and ensuring stable power distribution was critical.
  • Integration of Smart Functions: Ensured that all smart light pole functions worked seamlessly within the intricate design.

  • Advanced Material Selection: We used high-strength, lightweight aluminum alloy with a specialized heat-dissipation coating to maintain durability while preventing overheating for the multiple floral light heads.
  • Customized LED Module Placement: LED lighting sources were strategically positioned within each floral unit to ensure even illumination while optimizing energy consumption.
  • Reinforced Internal Wiring: A modular power supply and internal wiring system were designed to distribute power efficiently and prevent voltage drops.
